As Psychologists, we are frequently asked to write emotional support animal (ESA) letters so that our patients can travel with or live with an animal that would otherwise be prohibited. This presentation will explore the legal considerations when writing an ESA letter and the research about if there is benefit of an ESA. You will also learn the differences between an ESA and service animal.
