Recorded Webinar: Taking the Person out of the Problem: A Brief Intro to Narrative Therapy

Once you complete the evaluation below, check your email to receive your certificate.

Description: The problem is the problem, the person is not the problem!” (Michael White, 199) This webinar will introduce the basic theory and interventions of Narrative Therapy. In the 1970’s Michael White and David Epson began working together developing their ideas and approaches in what would eventually be called Narrative Therapy. Over 50 years later narrative therapists have continued those ideas and have preserved the spirit of adventure used to redefine oneself in an enriched manner. This webinar invites you to join in that spirit of adventure to help you understand what it means to structure our personal narratives, externalize a problem, and how daring to ask the question “why” can transform your work with your patients and lead to improved outcomes
